About Us
Here at Haven Creek Farm we focus on raising high quality registered Dexter cattle that are A2A2, homozygous polled, non chrondo, and non pha. We have excellent breeding stock, milking cows and superior quality grass fed meat. We also have JSBA registered Jacob sheep along with our
ABCA /AKC Registered Border Collies.
Our dogs are our passion. We have been raising them for years and we bred for the intellect, stamina and loyalty that Border Collies are known for. We cultivate traits in our breeding program that are uniquely desirous from the BC dog; focus, trainability, physical endurance, drive with an off button, great recall and amazing loyalty. We breed for temperament and personality along with keeping the unique Border collie traits, charming quirkiness, amazing athletic abilities and natural herding instincts with up holding the high breeding standards that make the border collie such an amazing breed. Our dogs display solid genetic and health traits due to responsible and knowledgeable breeding techniques. All our dogs all tested thru Paw Print Genetic or Optimal Selection.
We test hips and elbows with the OFA or Penn Hip
and only breed good or excellent rated.
Our dogs and puppies are part of our family and are handled with love and respect from the moment of birth. A choice to add a Haven Creek pup to your family is supported by our foundation in breeding and handling. We are always here for support and advice for the duration of the journey.
